General Information

• 1. There is no limit on how many abstracts you can submit. Each submission has one corresponding author. This author is responsible for all content and is responsible to ensure all co-authors agree and support the content of the abstract. The conference will be communicating only with the corresponding author. The corresponding authors should monitor the “comment” section of the poster during the open comment period of December 18th 2020, 9AM (ET) to December 22nd 2020, 5 PM (ET), however all co-authors may also use the comment system to respond to questions. Only the corresponding author has their information featured alongside the Abstract.
• 2. You can submit an abstract at any time before Tuesday, December 15th. Changes can be made to a submitted poster on this portal until Tuesday December 15th, 11:59 PM (ET). What this means is you can start to submit content, review it and make all changes you want until the December 15th 11:59 PM (ET) deadline. You can also delete the abstract until that time. Making Changes after December 15th 11:59 PM (ET) will not be possible.
• 3. Abstracts will not be reviewed until Wednesday, December 16th by the Abtract Committee. The status of your posters will be updated on this page by 6 PM (ET)
